Uncle Moe

Uncle Moe is Eldridge Moses, a resident of Gettysburg and Adams County for over 23 years. Moses recently retired from Evapco in Taneytown, MD after close to 25 years of service. Before relocating to Gettysburg, Moses served as an MP and a member of the Color Guard in the United States Army. Moses was born and raised in Bogalusa, Louisiana. His cooking roots run deep but come directly from a family of strong southern women.

Moses had been married to his wife, Stephanie, for over 20 years. Together they have raised 5 children and run Uncle Moe's Soul Food Concessions, LLC with his sister and brother-in-law, Tara and O'Neal Bolton.
